Do I need a credit card for Free?
No. You can start free without a credit card.
What counts as an AI reply?
One usage unit is counted when Gemini successfully generates and returns an assistant answer in the playground or widget.
Do fallback messages count?
Static fallback messages that do not call AI do not count as AI replies.
Do annual plans get all yearly usage upfront?
No. Usage quotas reset monthly, even on annual billing.
Can I cancel Starter?
Yes. Billing is managed through the Stripe Customer Portal.
What happens if I downgrade?
Your data is kept, but Free plan limits apply going forward. Extra agents may be paused and aurochat branding is re-enabled.
Can I buy Pro now?
No. Pro is displayed as Coming soon and cannot be purchased in the MVP.
